A light on the mount of Venus

In the study of chirognomy the fleshy and developed places in the inside of the palm are called mounts. The language of palmistry says the developed place just bellow the index finger is called the mount of Jupiter; the place bellow middle finger is called the mount of Saturn; the elevated fleshy place just bellow the finger of ring is called Sun and bellow the pinky finger is called mount of Mercury. The place near the third phalange of the thumb and inside the line of life is called the mount of Venus.

This is a place which is very important in ones life. Since we know that love and coition is the basic needs of the human being and the biological necessity. The palm reading speaks that if the mount of Venus is well shaped and beautiful to look at then success in the field of love is sure. The person will get more attraction from opposite sexes. The person also will be the centre of attention of the opposite sexes.

I am of opinion that the mount of Venus should be moderate in its appearance. If it is abnormally developed then the unusual sex drive will be there which is not under control. If the palmist found a well developed mount of Venus while doing hand reading then it should be predicted that the person will have success in the field of material world. Such people also get success in the area of art. The well developed mount of Venus may be found in the hand of an artist such as; singer, dancer or the person who is highly successful in the material world.
